This form only accepts Toy requests from churches and Christian Organizations. Unless otherwise noted, the campaign accepts toy requests for children in the age groups provided.

We will do our best to reach as many churches as possible. To help speed up the process, please be sure to remember that a 501(c)(3) must be presented when you come to pick up your toys. Also, by submitting this request, you are not guaranteed to receive toys. We will send an email after we get your order ready for pick up. Responses for approved/disapproved requests will be sent between by December 7th.
